setconnectionID error

Aug 14, 2013 at 10:01 PM
I am trying to launch my project that uses the Dial180North gauge, yet, when outside of the VS 2010 developer, I get a "setconnection ID at line 8 position number 72"

How do I fix this or is it a WPF Gauge glitch?

Could you post some code? That would help us understand more of what is going on.

This is my XAML:
           <my:Dial180North Height="111" HorizontalAlignment="Left" Margin="196,214,0,0" Name="ggeToday" VerticalAlignment="Top" Width="178" FontFamily="Eras ITC" />
My code to set it is:
    ggeToday.Maximum = 100
    ggeToday.Value = 50
Thanks :)

I am also using a Performance Monitor:
    <my:PerformanceMonitor HorizontalAlignment="Left" Margin="530,216,0,0" Name="pm" VerticalAlignment="Top" Height="110" Width="252" />

  pm.Maximum = 100
  pm.Value = 50

I would have to see what comprises the Dial180North control. There is no such control in the WPF Gauge.

Hmmm, perhaps it was from a diff dll with the same WPFGauge name I found on Codeplex.

I have added a reference to this dll and now I am getting the error:

System.IO.FileLoadException
Could not load file or assembly 'WpfGauge, Version=2013.5.27.1000, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)

Please take a look at the test project in the source which will show you how to use WPF Gauge.

Thanks man, I had alook at it but nothing there helps me with this error:

System.IO.FileLoadException
Could not load file or assembly 'WpfGauge, Version=2013.5.27.1000, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)

Not sure what to do to fix that....

Hi BlainePerry, Can you please share where have you found the project that you mention about other controls?
